MTN FREE BROWSING FOR PC AND ANDROID USERS ONLY UPDATED 11/11/2013

MTN Works with OpenVPN both PC and ANDROID devices Works with #0.00kobo

NOTE: If yours refuse to connect with MTN 3G Network, Just switch To Edge Network, BEcause it depends on location

PC USERS SETTINGS:

1. Download OpenVPN GUI from Here for 32bits System; http://adf.ly/Ywnw4

AND 64bits System;

And install to your PC after download.

2. Download the VPN config files Below;  http://adf.ly/ZAyu9

3. Extract the config files if you downloaded the complete folder and move them to folder

C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config

4. Set your modem's APN to; web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net

Username & Password-> web

OR APN-> internet.ng.airtel.com

Username & Password-> internet

Primary DNS Server To-> 8.8.8.8

Secondary DNS Server To-> 8.8.4.4

5. Launch the OpenVPN GUI on your desktop as administrator if you are using windows 7 and above.

Windows xp users, just lunch like that

6. Connect to your desired server from the OpenVPN icon in taskbar.

ANDROID (4.0+) USERS SETTINGS:

1. Get OpenVPN for Android from playstore, http://adf.ly/YwoNK

OR Direct Download Link-> http://adf.ly/YwoXW

NOTE: OpenVPN Connect won't work with this

2. Download the VPN config files Here For Andriod

3. Copy the VPN config files to your SD card.

4. Set your APN to-> web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
Username & Password-> web
Leave proxy and port blank or it won't work

5. Launch OpenVPN for Android, import the configs by tapping the folder icon located
lower right and browse your sd card for where it was saved (do this for all config files).

6. Select your desired server from the list.

7. THERE IS NO USERNAME AND PASSWORD FOR THE SERVERS.

IT'S TOTALLY FREE ALSO.

FOR ANDROID 2.3.5 AND BELOW THIS HAS BEEN CONFIRMED TO WORK FLAWLESSLY.
NOTE: Your phone must be rooted for you to be able to use it on Android 2.3.5

You'll need the following files to root your Android 2.3.5:

-> Open vpn settings= http://adf.ly/Ywp54

-> Open vpn config files ( DOwnload The One Above)

1. Open the Busybox pro app and install the binaries.

2. Open the Open vpn installer and do the same.

3. If it installs successfully and shows binaries installed, then you're good to go, move on to tun.ko installer.

4. Enter Tun.ko installer and click on install. It will install a module in the root of your SD

card for you.

5. It's now time for the final step.

Open a new folder in your SD card, name it Open vpn and put the five config files you have downloaded. Those are your servers.

6. Now move to your open vpn settings. You'll see the three servers there. Click on any of them and connect.
