How to Change Icon of a Folder:
1. Right-click the folder you want to change the icon of.
2. Select  “properties”.
3. Select “Customize”… the far right tab.
4. Click on the “Change Icon” button at the bottom.
5. Click on the “Browse….” button.
6. Now go to your.ico file location and open it.
7. Hit the Refresh after applying the change.
